The deal was closed last week in Prague.
Alpha Systems Company s.r.o. was a subsidiary of Alpha Serve. After the deal, it will be renamed as PRNEWS.IO s.r.o. Its office in Prague will perform all business functions in the Eastern European countries.
“We added all the changes to the constituent documents. We also applied changes to the bank accounts and submitted all the required documentation to the Commerce Court. The trade register entry will be updated within 15 days,” stated Alexander Storozhuk.
Alpha Serve is an IT outsourcing company that provides web development services to customers located in Eastern Europe and the U.S. Since 2014 the company has been providing development services for the PRNEWS.IO project.
PRNEWS.IO is a platform for PR professionals that provides pressroom hosting and PR content distribution around the world. The company serves over 30,000 clients from 25 countries. It has offices in Ukraine, Russia, and the Czech Republic.
