PRNEWS.IO: Viktoriya, could you please introduce yourself and share your professional journey? How did you become the co-founder of “Pervyi Biznesovyi” and a mentor in personal branding?
My professional path began in the field of communications 17 years ago. From the very first steps in my career, I realized that strong communication is the key to the success of any initiative. My work in the field of communications has always been focused on creating value for people and businesses, and I am glad that I can contribute to the development of the Ukrainian media industry and personal branding.
“Pervyi Biznesovyi” fi arose as a response to the need to create a platform for covering current economic, financial and business topics. In the process of work, I delved more and more into the topic of personal branding, because in the modern world it is one of the main tools for the development of both an individual and a company.
PRNEWS.IO: How do you think the importance of online reputation management has evolved in recent years? What tools or strategies are the most effective for maintaining a positive reputation?
With the development of social networks and technologies, reputation management has become not just important, but a critical factor for success. People are increasingly checking information about companies and opinion leaders online before making a decision to cooperate or purchase. The most effective tools remain regular monitoring, transparency in communications, creating quality content and actively working with reviews.

PRNEWS.IO: What role do women play in the media industry today? How has your career shaped your perspective on this topic?
Women in the media industry are a force for change. They bring a new approach to management, create emotionally charged content and actively promote gender equality. Personally, it is important to me that women in media have the opportunity to realize their potential and change society’s attitude towards leadership.
PRNEWS.IO: How would you assess the effectiveness of articles in media as a PR tool? What formats work best for promoting a business or personal brand?
Media articles remain one of the most effective tools for building brand trust. Interviews, expert columns, and case studies with real examples work best. They help not only to attract the audience’s attention, but also to demonstrate the competence of the company or opinion leader.

PRNEWS.IO: What do you believe are the key elements of corporate communications, and how can they influence a company’s reputation?
The key elements are transparency, consistency, adaptability and humanity. Communication must be clear, honest and relevant. This determines how the company will be perceived by customers, partners and the public.
PRNEWS.IO: Could you share your experience in building long-term relationships with media outlets and partners? What principles help you create strong and lasting connections?

The key is mutual trust, transparency, and quality communication. You need to be a reliable partner, offer interesting ideas for cooperation, and always value the contribution of each party.
PRNEWS.IO: You specialize in video production and advertising. How do you think video content is transforming the role of media in PR and marketing?
Video content is the king of media today. It’s the best way to capture attention, evoke emotions, and convey complex ideas. Video integrates faster across platforms and is better received by audiences.
PRNEWS.IO: What are the main challenges facing business media in Ukraine today? How does “Pervyi Biznesovyi” address these challenges?
The main challenge is adapting to new technologies and changing monetization models. “Pervyi Biznesovyi” focuses on creating quality content, partnerships, and integrating modern formats such as video and interactive.

Start by defining your values and uniqueness. It is important to be authentic and consistent in your communication. Use social media, blogs, and media outlets to build your reputation as an expert.
PRNEWS.IO: What is your vision for the future of media in Ukraine? What new opportunities do you see for PR and marketing in the coming years?
Media will integrate more technologies, such as AI, to create personalized content. The future is collaborations, niche platforms, and high-quality, trusted content.
I am convinced that every challenge is an opportunity for growth, and the Ukrainian media industry has every chance to become an example for others.
